Our adventure in Peschici! Piloting Bike Agritourism in Italy 🚲👨🍳
The first part of our training started with Chef Domenico Cilenti. He runs the Michelin-starred restaurant Porta di Basso in Peschici, Italy. He is famous for modern cooking with local Puglia ingredients. In this workshop, he shows us how to make the southern specialty of Pancotto using fresh local ingredients of the region.
